Night (& Day) Cache Run

For those of you partying into the late hours or those that just like to sleep in late, this is the cache run for you. We’ll start out doing some daylight caches in North Fort Worth.  We’ll hit some of the not-so-typical caches in the area. We’ll break for some grub and as dusk approaches; we’ll switch over and do some night caches. 

 

 

*     Where:  Meet at the Super Wal-Mart at North Tarrant Parkway and North Beach Street (N 32 53.654, W097 17.308).  From CHSP, take I-20 west to I-287/Loop 820 North. Continue on I-287, they split apart.  Once you are near Downtown Fort Worth,   Exit onto I-35 W North.  Take that to North Tarrant Parkway and let your GPSr guide you the rest of the way. 

 

*     When:  Sunday May 27th at 3:00 PM.  After a few hours of caching we’ll stop at one of my favorite smokehouses and get some dinner and relax before we proceed upon our nocturnal adventures.

 

*     What You Need:  After all, this is Texas so bring plenty of fluids to drink.  Bring some sun screen, bug repellant, ivy block, long pants, long sleeves, hats, and dinner money.

 

*     How:  After meeting at the Wal-Mart will divide into less vehicles.  I have an eight seater van so I can hold seven other cachers.  KCTexas will be camping at CHSP and will be coming back this way. Source_Inspector will also be helping.  Depending on the turnout, we may all pile into a few vehicles.  Of course you are more than welcome to drive yourself and just follow our lead.
